Disclaimer & liability

The marketing site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aecoris disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for marketing-site use to USD $100 in aggregate.

Governing law

Florida law; exclusive venue in Florida courts for disputes arising from these Terms and the public website.
