You build the message. CraftBelt™ shows it on the phone. PayCrew Hub keeps who saw it, who finished it, and what they answered. This is how a company talks to every employee without a separate app.

What you can send

• Announcement. A welcome, a how-to, a picture, or a video. Add an acknowledgement when they need to agree. On the phone, Got it rolls the card to Watch again, and the card stays until the date you set.
• Quiz. Questions with a correct answer. A miss shows the right answer, and the employee taps I understand. First-try percent is a review score. People are not locked out for a low score.
• Survey. The same builder, when you are collecting answers and there is no correct choice.
• The forms the field already runs. Time Ticket and Job Sheet stay on. You can still shape Job Sheets, plans, material sheets, and accident reports around the way your office works.

Where it shows up

• Choose the CraftBelt screen: all heroes, Time Desk, Enter Time, Schedule Ahead, Job Assignments, Approval Desk, PassPort, Production, and the rest of the field menu.
• PayCrew forms can also open on the Hub: home, time desk, approvals, the VPRA™ schedule, and other office screens.
• Show it once, daily, or each pay week.
• Force before they proceed when the form has to be finished before that screen will open.
• Limit who sees it by role, from the craftsman through owner.

What you get back

• People, results, average first-try, completed, watched through, and misses.
• Analysis by question and by person, a printed report, and a CSV export.
• Legal e-signature when you need it: who was shown the document, who signed, who has not, and a signed packet download.
• Employee Links for a URL or an uploaded policy. Require a signature, and require everyone to sign again when you replace the file.

You design the fields: choices, yes/no, text, numbers, dates, photos, video, signature, QR, and plain instructions. A document you already use can draft the form. Saving creates a new version so older answers stay on the old one. Announcements are not a text-message blast. They meet people inside CraftBelt and the Hub, on the screens they already open.
